Individual Coaching and Personal Training
Individual Movement Coaching is the backbone of KORU’s education model, and REAL WELLNESS is the foundation upon which each session is based.
Clients take part in regular Individual sessions with our coaches, teachers and practitioners in order to achieve a variety of fitness and wellness goals. Our coaches provide education, information and guidance on topics that include strength and flexibility training, movement coaching, breath work, nervous system regulation, cold water immersion therapy, nutrition counsel, and general lifestyle support.
Whatever your goals are, our REAL WELLNESS based approach can benefit all ages and body types with reliable results.
Each of our coaches brings something different, which creates a diversity that you just don’t find in your other private training environments. We truly have “someone for everyone”!
